This is the second laser we’ve bought. They a good value for money. The other one is a few years old now and still working well so this was an easy choice when we needed another one

Laser stopped charging, then stopped working at all. Huepar customer support was superb, doing an online video analysis then sending full replacement unit.

Their lasers are priced right and have to functionality and features in line with the price being charged.

Customer service was amazing! Had an issue with a tripod I purchased and they took care of it faster then any other warranty issue I’ve had with any other company! I don’t normally write reviews but I wanted to share this experience! I received updates constantly and they wasted no time to get my issue resolved! I will be purchasing from them again for this experience alone.

Ordered directly from Huepar, paying online, easy with no problèmes, but then realised I could have benifited a 10% discount, so I sent a mail to support at Huepar asking if it was not too late to use thé discount, After an échange of mails they proposed to crédit my Visa with the 10% discount.

I would also like to mention that their customer service is of outstanding quality. If you have any questions about the product, they will help you immediately. Due to the time difference, this is usually a very slow process at other companies. At Huepar, it's only a few hours, even though they are on the other side of the world. Fantastic! I had an issue with one of my laser levels and after a quick email they replied within 24 hours and then gave me some options to try when these didn’t work they sent me a new laser out so that I wouldn’t have to stop working

First i will say i have problems straying away from my favorite yellow brand but after having 3! $500 laser levels taken from jobs i went with a highly rated brand i found on amazon which happened to be huepar, i have been amazed by the durability and functionality of their tools i have since purchased a laser receiver since amd works like a charm! I tested this laser lavel with a 100' water level and it was spot on, incredible tools for affordable prices i will definitely be a huepar customer from this point on
